They are long lasting and cleanable. You gotta try it, they are amazing!

TIP: Save a reuse the plastic film that peels off of the electrode before placing them on your body. When done with your session, just place the film back on the sticky side of the electrode to preserve them. They are super long lasting before needing replacements.
