Returns & Refunds Policy for MY CYCLE JOY
At MY CYCLE JOY, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a return is necessary, and we are here to help make the process as smooth as possible. Since we partner with a network of trusted suppliers to bring you a wide range of products, all returns must be pre-approved. This ensures that your return is handled correctly and you receive the proper refund or replacement.

Eligibility and Return Process
Your return request must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will work with our supplier to offer you a full refund or a replacement. We may ask for photos or a short video to document the issue. In most cases, the supplier will provide a prepaid return label.

Changed Your Mind (Remorse Returns): If you wish to return an item because you simply changed your mind, a pre-authorization is still required. For these types of returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and a restocking fee (typically up to 20%) may be deducted from your refund.

Pre-Approval is Mandatory: No returns will be accepted without a pre-approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Our team will provide you with this number and the correct return address once your request is approved.

Proof of Return: Once you ship the item back, you must provide us with the return tracking number. We cannot issue a refund until we have confirmation that the item has been returned to the supplier's warehouse.

Refund Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected by the supplier, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method. The timing can vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
